We have 11 of these Calrec J Series  Console Modules Type CR1124 These appear to be intact and have their original transformer. It appears to be either a sowter or a zutt transformer, but there are no markings.

Functions include: 

2 aux sends that each have 2 outputs w/ one volume  that switch pre/post

4 output busses with pan, cut and afl .
